The Sun Joe MJ402E mower is all plastic, including the wheels, which measure 8 inches in the rear and 6 inches in the front. You can easily adjust the cutting height with a single lever that goes up to 4 inches.
The MJ402E is a 2-in-1 mower, in that you can either bag the grass or take off the bag to mulch. The grass bag is small, at 9.3 gallons, so you will have to empty it frequently and you have a bigger yard.

This is a corded mower, so you will have to buy an extension cord if you don’t already have one. It would have to be long enough for your yard and deliver at least 12 amps of power for the mower. You just plug it into an outlet, and you are ready to go.
The main advantage of a corded electric mower versus a cordless one is not having to stop mowing to charge a battery. You can mow as long as you need to, and you never have to buy a new battery, but cordless models do have their advantages as well. It all depends on your preference and the size of your yard. A small to midsize yard would be okay with a cordless mower.
Some people don’t like a cord getting in the way while mowing, but once you get a pattern going, it shouldn’t be a bother at all. You can also buy a cord reel if you are using a long cord, to make it easier to wrap up after mowing.

The handle does not fold down over the mower but can be taken apart for storage. The mower itself weighs 30.4 pounds, which is pretty light compared to some of the other electric mowers. Carrying it into storage, if you have to, should be easy depending on the situation. Even though it’s plastic, you shouldn’t leave it outside, just to be safe. And plus, the handle is metal and can rust if there’s any rain.
